Master Tran was inducted into International Association of Martial Arts Hall of Fame 2009 as "Most Distinguished Martial Arts Grand Master".
The award was presented to him by Grandmaster Gary Alexander.
The event was held at the Grand Ballroom of The Forge Caterers Banquet Center in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
