JANUARY 31, 2009
Tran’s Combat Martial Arts Academy conducted its second color belt test. There were 2 teens and 3 adults tested for their next rank.
The promotion test includes basic, hand and foot techniques, endurance, self defense, breaking and some questions related to martial arts training.
All students did really well and were promoted to the following rank: Olha Mykula, Guanhua Li and Randy Battistus promoted to Yellow Belt; Simon Wang
promoted to Orange Belt; and Phuong Tran was promoted to Blue Belt. The promotion ceremony was done at the end of the test in which Master Tran
presented the students with new belt and rank certificate.
