Master Quoc L. Tran hosted Grandmaster Dr. Germon Miller from Washington, D.C., conducted a seminar at Tran's Combat Martial Arts Academy.
Grandmaster Miller, 10th Dan, founder of AKERU Afrikan Discipline Sciences. For more than 30 years, Dr. Miller has traveled the world in her bright
colored outfits as a crisis educator specializing in youth and women anti-violence programs for 35,000 participants. Dr. Miller also serves as the Student
Pledge Against Gun Violence, Maryland Representative since 2006 (a national program sprearheaded by President Barack Obama during his tenure as Senator).
