Master Quoc L. Tran attended the 2nd Annual Pioneer Awards Banquet 2009.
The event was held at the James R. Cousin Municipal Center in Glenarden, Maryland.
Master Tran was inducted into the Pioneer Awards Banquet 2009 and received
"Pioneer Award", presented to him by Grandmaster Furman Marshall and Grandmaster Reginald A. Jackson, Sr.
